Emma SCALZO holds a master’s degree in International Criminal Justice from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
After various professional experiences in non-governmental organizations (nuclear disarmament, promotion of the rights of the defence in developing countries), she worked in the Crimes against Humanity, War Crimes and Offences Unit of the National Anti-terrorist Prosecutor’s Office and had the opportunity to join the Prosecution’s team during the trial of Laurent BUCYIBARUTA, a former prefect during the genocide perpetrated against the Tutsi in Rwanda in 1994.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, she joined the firm before joining the Ecole de Formation du Barreau in January 2024.
