The firm also represents and advises both companies and their directors, particularly large groups in the insurance and banking sectors, on matters of Withe-Collar crime.

In this context, it has defended numerous directors and shareholders in financial and politico-financial criminal cases, Environmental Criminal Law proceedings and, more recently, in relation to business and Human Rights compliance issues.
