International Criminal Law​

The firm intervenes in extradition proceedings (international or European arrest warrant proceedings), transfer of detainees, execution of sentences abroad, asset recovery and more generally in all cross-border judicial cooperation matters.

It has, on numerous occasions, successfully filed requests for the withdrawal of INTERPOL notices regarding important political figures, particularly in the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia.

The firm also assists non-governmental organizations for the prosecution of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.

Over the past few years, it has developed a valuable expertise in legal matters involving States, whether as an advisor or during judicial proceedings.

William JULIÉ is a member of the “Lawyers Against Transnational Repression“, which defends the rights of people unfairly targeted by INTERPOL Red Notices and Diffusions, as well as other forms of cross-border persecution (extradition requests and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters).
