Salih Mustafa was a Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) commander during the 1998-99 Kosovo conflict.
He was arrested by the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office on 24 September and transferred to the Detention Facilities of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague on the same day.
The indictment against him was confirmed on 12 June 2020. He is charged with Arbitrary Detention, Cruel Treatment, Torture and Murder, war crimes under international law.
On Monday, 28 September at 15, his Initial Appearance will take place in the courtroom of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) in The Hague.
