He detailed the cumulation of multiple issues during the proceedings, during the investigation, the trial in first instance, and the appeal trial, such as restricted access to the case file or the disproportionality of the sentence and its immediate enforcement, which could ultimately be brought before the European Court of Human Rights or UN mechanisms.
