Maître William JULIÉ provided details on the complaint lodged by associations regarding racial profiling practices by the police in the context of identity checks. He also refers to the various solutions proposed by the applicant associations to remedy these practices, while recalling that this issue is complex, combining law and politics. As a matter of conclusion, he briefly reviews the consequences of the death of the teenager caused by the shooting of a police officer.
