SOPHIA BIDINE
Sophia BIDINE is an attorney at the Paris Bar.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public International Law and a University Diploma in Comparative Legal Studies from the University of Aix-Marseille.
She has developed solid experience in transnational litigation involving complex issues of human rights, migration, asylum, and extradition, with particular expertise in matters of international cooperation and public policy.
She has also worked at the heart of international institutions, as a lawyer for the United Nations internal justice system, the Defense Office of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, and the Victims Participation and Reparations Section of the International Criminal Court, giving her a practical mastery of international criminal law, humanitarian law, and the functioning of international organizations.
Enriched by her experience at the International Prison Observatory, she also regularly handles cases related to penitentiary issues.
